Issue with replacing using multiple conditions in Power Query Editor

Hello, I'm trying to use this formula to fill in "0 - 10" in the field called Value_Range This has multiple conditions for Power Query Editor but I do not know what I'm missing because its not filli...

    Hello Patfor 

     

    what about instead of replacing, you can add a conditional column, then remove the older column if you want :
