Issue with relative date filters

Hi There,

When using the PBI desktop, I have been adding relative date slicers to visuals with no problems. In the last few months, when trying to set the date in this year, I get only the last 30 days. In the PBI service, it works no problem, and responds as as expected. 

PBI Version - 2.64.5285.582 64-bit (November 2018)
