And hisackman ,It's been a while since I've heard back from you and I wanted to follow up. Have you solved your problem yet, I would like to know if you are experiencing this problem in desktop or in service side.
Because from what we've heard so far, using matrices and filters on the service side can cause the values to appear out of whack!
