hi @Snagalapur,

You Can Try Few Steps to Adjust the Filled Map:

  1. Ensure Proper Data Mapping:

    • Verify that the field used for mapping (e.g., Country, Region, State) corresponds precisely to Power BI's geographic data standards.
    • If you are using "North America," ensure the field is set as Country/Region in the data model.
  2. Modify Map Settings:

    • Go to the Format pane for the filled map.
    • Under Map settings, adjust the Map style to ensure clear area coverage.
    • Choose a theme like "Grayscale" or "Light" for better contrast.
  3. Use Data Categories:

    • Ensure the data column is categorized correctly:
      • Select your data column in Power BI's data view.
      • In the Column Tools ribbon, set the Data Category (e.g., Country, Region, or State).
  4. Combine Regions into a Single Area (if needed):

    • If the visual splits Canada into smaller regions (Image 2), ensure that the source data aggregates all areas into a single record for the country-level display.
  5. Alternative Mapping Tools (ArcGIS):

    • Use the ArcGIS for Power BI visual, which provides more granular control over map visuals.
    • You can configure boundaries and shading to represent the filled map format in Image 1.
  6. Adjust Data Granularity:

    • Check if the granularity (e.g., Province vs. Country) is causing the issue.
    • Aggregate or modify your data model to fit the visualization's needs.
