Issue with date format/date hierarchy

Ensure both date fields (expired and created) are set to Date/Time in Power BI.
If either column contains blank values or nulls, this might affect filtering. ( Remove blanks)
If the date hierarchy is generating from one field but not the other, you may want to: Manually create hierarchies in both date fields, or ensure you are creating your slicers or visuals from the correct fields.
