Issue with calculating percentages

So I am trying to get my % column in the graphic to calculate the percentage of WO Hours relative to Paid Hours. What I have noticed is that it is not calculating a 0% value for all of the months in ...

    ChrisAZ you should add % Worked  as a measure instead of column:

     

    %Worked Measure = 
 DIVIDE ( 
    SUM ( 'Shop Labor - Labor Time entries -Fleetio'[Time] ),
    [Paid Hours]
 )
