Issue with Visual Level Filter for "Card" Visual

Hello,

 

When I add a Measure as a Visual Level filter to a "Card" visual I am not able to click anywhere in the filter. (Example, I cannot click on the "is less than" in the dropdown to change to "is"). Is anyone experiencing the same thing? Seems like a bug to me. I am not having the same issue for other visual types.

      That post really doesn't solve my issue. It's not that the a filter being applied is not working, I'm not even able to apply the filter because I cannot click any of the options in the filter.
