Issue with Scroll Bar Behavior in Hierarchical Visual

UmarRazzaq - I've just tested and obervered the same behaviour, but as this is a custom visual you will need to query this with its developer. 

I would advise you to use the in-built slicer as that can also be used to build a hierarchy in the same way, without any of these glitches.
