Issue with Schduling PL-300 exam

Hi Community,

Im getting this message error while doing payment for scheduling PL-300 exam. I have been using VISA payment method as this is the only avaliable option for me and have been unable to do the payment, as i was getting the error, as shown in the below image.

After trying multiple time from diffrent cards, with international transaction enabled, started to get the below meassage on the screen.

How to successfully do the payment and what are the possible troubleshooting solutions or steps that needs to be considered to avoid such issues?

Thanks.

  • Hi Seadon,

I understand it's a bit frustrating, you can try to use a different browser or device

    • Try Edge or Chrome

    • Avoid corporate devices or VPNs

    • Prefer a personal laptop and home network

Clear cache / use Incognito mode

    • Old session data can cause payment failures.

Schedule via Microsoft Learn, then redirect to Pearson VUE

    • Always start from your Microsoft Learn profile:

      • Certifications → PL-300 → Schedule exam

If still not working, contact Pearson VUE support

    • open a ticket with:

      • Screenshots of the error

      • Exam name (PL-300)

      • Time and date of attempts

They can manually unblock or guide you.

    Hope this can help you!

    Best regards,

    Antoine

Well, thanks for your answer, if still not working you can contact your bank, ask them explicitly to allow a transaction from:

        Pearson VUE / Microsoft certification

Some banks block exam-related international merchants by default.
