Issue with Report Bookmarks and Matrix Visualization State
Bookmarks made on the service as I know can't change the fields placed in the axis.

these are the things memorized by bookmark and doesn't change if made on the dekstop or in the service as I know

I don't think it's an issue; bookmarks don't change the fields placed in the axis.
You should create a new matrix with the desired field in the axis, then use the bookmark to hide the previous one and display the new one. Each bookmark should correspond to its own matrix
This is confusing to me, because I can use a personalized bookmark in the online service to accomplish this without creating and hiding multiple versions of the same visualization. This seems to only be affecting report bookmarks which are what the bookmarks created in the desktop application are called.
