I’ve changed to a new Lenovo computer and done all other related installations, but I’m having issues logging into Power BI Desktop.
After several attempts, I’m always redirected to a message with “Your organization has disabled this device” and asking to contact the system admin (images at the end).
I’m still able to log into Power BI Desktop on my previous computer.

Login error
Please how do I fix this? I have access to the admin account but can't seem to find how to fix it
Hi @happyadjekophor - The error message you're seeing, with code 801C03F2, often relates to authentication or permissions issues, especially in environments that use Azure Active Directory (AAD) or Microsoft accounts.
Sometimes, cached credentials or cookies can interfere with authentication. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try signing in again.
Use an Incognito/Private Browser Window:
Open an incognito or private browsing window and attempt to sign in there. This can bypass cached credentials issues.
Check User Permissions:
Since you mentioned having admin access, ensure that the account you're trying to use has the appropriate permissions to access the resource (e.g., SharePoint, Office 365, or Azure resources).
Verify Conditional Access Policies:
Go to the Azure AD admin center and check if there are any Conditional Access policies applied that might restrict access based on location, device, or application.
If none of these above solutions work, contact Microsoft support. Provide them with the error code (801C03F2) and the correlation ID (f3de5a5b-d8b6-417f-bff6-84f3d4d56dcc), as these can help them pinpoint the issue.
Hope the above steps helps.
