Issue with Power BI login

I’ve changed to a new Lenovo computer and done all other related installations, but I’m having issues logging into Power BI Desktop.

After several attempts, I’m always redirected to a message with “Your organization has disabled this device” and asking to contact the system admin (images at the end).

I’m still able to log into Power BI Desktop on my previous computer.

Hi @转角遇见你 -The error message indicates that your device may not be properly registered or is disabled in your organization's Azure Active Directory.Contact your IT department or system administrator to check the device status in Azure AD. They might need to re-enable or re-register the device.Your organization may have policies that block access to applications from unregistered or non-compliant devices. Check with your admin to verify if the new device complies with these policies.

or

You can try re-enrolling the device in Intune using these steps:

  1. Open Settings > Accounts > Access work or school.
  2. Select your organization account, and choose Info.
  3. Ensure the device is compliant, or click Sync to trigger a policy check.

still issue exist, you may need to escalate the matter to your IT department or Microsoft support for further investigation.

Hope this helps.

Please how do I fix this? I have access to the admin account but can't seem to find how to fix it

Hi @happyadjekophor - The error message you're seeing, with code 801C03F2, often relates to authentication or permissions issues, especially in environments that use Azure Active Directory (AAD) or Microsoft accounts.

Sometimes, cached credentials or cookies can interfere with authentication. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try signing in again.
Use an Incognito/Private Browser Window:

Open an incognito or private browsing window and attempt to sign in there. This can bypass cached credentials issues.
Check User Permissions:

Since you mentioned having admin access, ensure that the account you're trying to use has the appropriate permissions to access the resource (e.g., SharePoint, Office 365, or Azure resources).
Verify Conditional Access Policies:

Go to the Azure AD admin center and check if there are any Conditional Access policies applied that might restrict access based on location, device, or application.

If none of these above solutions work, contact Microsoft support. Provide them with the error code (801C03F2) and the correlation ID (f3de5a5b-d8b6-417f-bff6-84f3d4d56dcc), as these can help them pinpoint the issue.

Hope the above steps helps.
