Dear [Support Team / Microsoft Support],
I am facing an issue with updating Power BI Desktop to the latest version. Despite uninstalling the older version and reinstalling the latest one, the interface remains unchanged, and it still reflects the older version at the desktop level.
I would appreciate your guidance on resolving this issue. Kindly let me know if there are any additional steps I should follow.

Thanks for posting.
Have you checked your version of your new Power bi desktop?
You can go to the 'File' Menu: Click on 'File' located at the top-left corner.
Then navigate to 'About' and click at it.
View the Version Details to see if it is the latest.
