I'm trying to create an organisational data type in Excel using Power BI. All fields work except for the image field. The image field is set as "Image URL" Data Category in Power BI, with links pointing to a document library in our organisation's SharePoint.
Has anyone experienced this issue? Can images from an organisational SharePoint be loaded in Excel, or do they need to be accessible via the public web? Should I use URLs with %20 for spaces or replace them with actual spaces?
I've tried both formats and shared the file with a link, but the images still fail to load. Clicking on the data type in Excel shows "Image failed to load" and further says "Sorry, we can't get this data right now."
Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
You can use them, but they won't show in the desktop app. They do show in the published version in the web app, barring weird issues.
