Issue with File OneDrive and Power BI

Hi all,

I have connected a OneDrive document in Power BI, all good but when I refresh sometimes it gives the error "the source is forbidden". The file is in a shared drive, PowerBi pro and One Drive are under the same account, what could cause the issue?
