Issue with Dynamics Online Service Manager Content Pack
I'm not sure anybody here will be able to help.
We are trying to setup the Dynamics Online Service Manager Content Pack. I am using the Power BI Desktop. I have downloaded this from the Microsoft website and open the .pibx file. Once this has opened I have changed the data source settings to point towards our Dynamics instance. Once I click close and play, the winodw appear I get the following message to Apply Query Changes. After a short period the Activity section fails with an error messge.
DataSource.Error: OData: Request failed: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request. (The DateTimeOffset text '2017-
05-02T14:42:05.1118587' should be in format 'yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ss('.'s+)?(zzzzzz)?' and each field value is within valid range.)

This makes me think there is something int he package that is wrong, but I have no idea where to look for this. Anybody encountered this before?

Can you get this content pack in Power BI services. Please refer to the link below to see how to connect to Dynamic content pack.

I've tried that link previously. I fail at the first hurdle as my desk top version does not have a 'Get data' button like that. If I go to get data on the menu ribbon it does not give me a 'Service' option. I do get an Online Service button but this only allows me to connect to our CRM instance. I got the actual .pbix copy of the package, although I dont know how upto date that file is on the website.
If I attempt to use the online version instead of the desktop it will allow me to get the connection to our instance but there appears to be some restriction in the package which does not allow the tables to use the data in the tables and can only use default descriptors.
