Issue with Calculating Project Progress Percentage in Hierarchical Structure in Power BI

I'm working on a multi-level project in Power BI, with parent-child hierarchy levels. The project consists of three main sections, and the total project weight sums up to 10,000. I'm currently facing two main challenges:
Blank Values Displayed: In certain levels of the hierarchy, instead of showing the progress percentage, I'm getting blank values.
Cumulative Progress Percentage Exceeding 100%: The overall progress percentage calculation doesn't seem accurate; instead of reflecting the correct cumulative progress (up to a maximum of 100%), it aggregates across levels to a much higher number.
I’m using these measures to track planned and actual physical progress, but these issues are affecting the overall accuracy.
Any insights or advice on addressing these issues would be greatly appreciated.
My main issue in Power BI is that when I click the plus sign in the matrix table to expand the hierarchy and view its sub-levels, the value in the column for the main level disappears, showing only the values for the sub-levels. This is the default hierarchical display behavior in Power BI, where the parent level’s value hides once you expand its children, making it challenging to view both the main level and its sub-levels simultaneously.
My goal is to ensure that even when I expand the hierarchy, the value for the main level remains visible in the table, allowing for better comparisons and a more comprehensive view of the data.

HI, if possible you can share your DAX measure and pictures of sample data of what you are facing, make sure to not share sensitive data.
