Hi All,

I have setup RLS for each client for the report.

The user is facing the below issue while access report. "Exception occured due to an permise service issue".. Can anyone please help with this

Thanks Idrissshatila  for the quick reply. I have some other thoughts to add:

1. Make sure your on-premises data gateway is running and up to date. An outdated gateway can cause connectivity issues. Sometimes, simply restarting the on-premises data gateway resolves the connectivity issue. 

2. Check that the data source credentials are correct.

can you try and test his role from your side and check if this error occurs.
