Issue visualizing this Table.. Help with Transformation/measure

I'm coming across another difficulty.. during my long PBI learning journey.
How can I transform This Data :

so I can be able to visualize it in a Matrix visual like below ( for each SoftwareName, get the representative name from column Name, and exclude the selected number in my average count, so I can get the average rating for each product.. 

Any help is highly appreciated.

@Vrykolakas , Try to fill up in power query, then you can use matrix visual
