i have different sites on differents countries. I'm using standard Office Adoption Preview. i have 1 site in France and on the map i have 2 sites with same city name but 1 in France and 1 in US.
I have in fact users located in FR and same city name in US
the city doesn't exist in US.

If your locations have the same name, you should make the name more detailed, for your issue, maybe you can do like this:
Here is my original table:
First, merge columns:
‘Ctrl + left click’: select two columns.
Then, ‘right click’ : choose ‘Merge columns’ options
Then, you can get the table:
Now, I've distinguished places with the same name.
Second, do like this:
