Issue on Active Directory: We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided. Please try again

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to make a report on our Active Directory. I used the Active Directory connector. My login was successful, i have access, my credentials are correct.

I can view the table and the details, but when it reaches the 9533rd record, it will ask for my credentials again. 

The prompt of power bi is: We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided. Please try again.

I will click the connect button and then it will restart the refresh from 1. 

I cant load and complete the refresh of records. What is the solution for this?

Any update on this issue?  I have the same problem.  It loads about 1400 records and then gives up and says invalid credentials.  Seems like its fine when previewing data and loading small record sets.  In particular, I noticed the entire record set is loaded when i dont drill down into sub records; in this case, organizationalPerson.Manager.

Hi @ogureisuo ,

Please go to Transform data>Data source settings, under Glogal permission, select the Active Directory data source and click Clear Permissions, then connect again.
