Issue in showing the data in the desktop

Hello everyone,

When I was working on the Power BI desktop, a problem occurred suddenly with the data, and all the tables disappeared. I cannot refresh the data. Is the problem due to the data being too large, or is there another issue? And what is the solution?

Thank you

Hi @manar_alamri  - Based on your shared image provided, the problem seems to be related to the data tables disappearing and the inability to refresh the data in Power BI.

you can check on Data connections and also cross check if there are errors in the Power query editor (e.g., missing columns or tables), the data will not load correctly.

Go to "Transform Data" -> "Data Source Settings."

check the power query refresh , and also  at "Transform Data" view to ensure there are no errors in your queries.Check each table and applied steps for red exclamation marks or warnings.

Hope the above suggestions helps to identify the issue.

Hi @rajendraongole1

I can not to check if there are errors in the Power query editor because everything appears blank.

Also, I checked the connection.

Hello @manar_alamri  - then if there is no dataset/sources tables connected power BI desktop shows an error only.

Please connect to source information and cross verify the report again.

This information helps
