Issue in power bi report when i am trying to download power bi report

Subject Issue in power bi report when i am trying to download power bi report, its asking 2 option like "A copy of your report and data " and "A copy of your report with a live connection to data online" but the first option is in disabled mode and there is message showing like "This option isn't available because this report uses a live connection to a dataset." how i can enable this and why its happen.

I have a report in power bi which uses the live connection feed, but now i want to download the file. the problem is when i use download option it only allows me to " download file with live connection" which is not i expect as i get no visibility of the tables data even i cannot write DAX or add measure/ column.I want the data view in the report.

I have attached the screenshot for your reference.please suggest a solution for this issue.

Thanks @Tahreem24  for the quick reply and accurate explanation. Allow me to add a few additions: this is due to the limitations of live connections.
You can only use the following methods instead:
If you want to see the data, you can create a table visual and then place a table field. If you want to add a column, you can click "Change Model" in the lower right corner to convert to a direct query join mode, so that you can add a calculated column.

If you want to get the underlying data for a data source and transform it in Power query, you need to have the report creator create the report in import mode.

Thanks for the response @Tahreem24 ,
 Can you please let me know how to disconnect live connection? 
As mentioned, I am unable to click on tranform data option and due to that i am unabel to make any changes in the existing data/query, also iam not getting any option to add column in dataset.
After connectiong the data source also not getting the data option and it gives connected live to power bi.
Your quick response will be highly appreciated.

@vishnumk6111  This is an expected behavior. Live connection pbix files use for visualization purpose only. In order to see the underlying data you need to download the semantic model file. You can also check the lineage view in workspace so you'll get an idea of on which your report is being made of.
