Issue in Measure total

Hi Team,

I am new to power bi, got a requirement like where i have to give points according to the percentage of their training completition. Like if India, have completed more than 50% in a given timeline (1/1/23 to 7/1/23) they should get 10 points, same i have to give bonus points if they have completed the training befor a timeline (for ex - 1/1/23 to 5/1/23). When i am filtering from HUB i am not getting the proper value ... what i want is the max of the value like in CSE there are 10 countries and in those 10 countries max point is 20 so in return need 20 but i am getting 0 because rest 8 countries has 0 points.  Attaching the image for better clarification. It's Urgent!!

Correct Total = IF(HASONEVALUE([COUNTRY]),[LMS] , SUMX(VALUES([COUNTRY]),[LMS]))

i used maxx instead of sumx it works for me. Thanks for giving hint.

Test = IF(HASONEVALUE(Hub_Mapping[Country ]),[LMS], MAXX(Hub_Mapping,[LMS]))

Thanks for the replying, but by using this measure i am getting the sum not the max value. Attaching screen shot for your reference.
