Issue for new users

Hello guys,

This issue has existed for so long, and I believe I've submitted a feedback once 6 months ago, but I think it was missed, so here I am. Please fix it. It is small yet so important because it affects new users.

What mistake: Whenever I build a report and send it to someone new to Power BI (I had given them access and row-level-security), they always receive the message that they are not granted access to the underlying dataset - picture below). And they just need to refresh the page once or twice.

Yeah, easy, but it is so inconvenient and not as professional as I expect. I build these reports for like 30 managers in my division, more in the future for system operators, and I have to write oh hey btw you will receive this notification but please refresh the page twice, and I also have to go around and assist if they didn't read the sentence and clicked the link anyway.

I love Power BI and want to spread it to my division. Please help. Thank you very much.

By the way, my report is in a Workspace, but I don't think it should matter, because I've given them the permission via link, and authorize them a role in row-level-security. The workspace contains other data that not everyone needs to view.
