Issue connecting data from PostgreSQL to Power BI

Hi All,

I have struggling how to connecting data from PostgreSQL to Power BI Desktop. I have read all the article about this case and I have downloaded and installed the latest npgsql the latest version (based on the articles I read),  but I still got stuck here. The error message attached below

And I tried to setting credential at Power BI Cloud its successfully, 

Have you any idea to help me solving this issue, please ?
