    Hi  austmiller5 ,

    I created some data:

    Option_Table:

    Table:

    Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Create measure.

    Flag_Option1 =
    var _select=SELECTCOLUMNS('Option_Table',"Option",'Option_Table'[Option])
    return
    IF(
        MAX('Table'[Option]) = "Option1" &&MAX('Table'[Option]) in _select,1,0)
    Flag_Option2 =
    var _select=SELECTCOLUMNS('Option_Table',"Option",'Option_Table'[Option])
    return
    IF(
        MAX('Table'[Option]) = "Option2" &&MAX('Table'[Option]) in _select,1,0)
    Flag_Option3 =
    var _select=SELECTCOLUMNS('Option_Table',"Option",'Option_Table'[Option])
    return
    IF(
        MAX('Table'[Option]) = "Option3" &&MAX('Table'[Option]) in _select,1,0)
    Flag_Option4 =
    var _select=SELECTCOLUMNS('Option_Table',"Option",'Option_Table'[Option])
    return
    IF(
        MAX('Table'[Option]) = "Option4" &&MAX('Table'[Option]) in _select,1,0)

    2. Place the above 4 Measures into the Filter belonging to their respective Visuals, and set them equal to 1..

    3. Result:
