My nested ISBLANK doesn't seem to be working. 

I'm using this statement 

Full Schedule Add calcs 1 = ADDCOLUMNS('Full Schedule (2)',"Activity Name3",if(AND(ISBLANK('Full Schedule (2)'[Activity Name]),'Full Schedule (2)'[Category]="Shaft Lining"), CONCATENATE("Set ",'Full Schedule (2)'[Set(Final)]),'Full Schedule (2)'[Activity ID_1]))

And when my Activity Name is populated I'm getting Activity ID's.  Data from excel, exported from P6.  Ideas?

Yep I think you're right.  I've changed for now and using && plus A's rather than null or blank and it seems to work.

Please share sample data (remove sensitive data) and share. Also, share what output you want,
