Is there any DAX formula for calculating rolling average?

I need to calculate the rolling average of the data for period of 12 months. How can i do that? Please help.

This has been covered pretty well by Alberto, who is a whiz in this sort of stuff.

A pretty complicated set of steps, but if you follow them, you should be good

 

Rolling 12 Months Average in DAX - SQLBI
