Is there a way to tell if shifts are missing?

Currently i have a large dataset of actual hours worked for invoicing purposes. sample below. Assume there are 3 shifts a day, 2300-700, 700-3, 3-11. is there a way I can "set" a schedule or compare actual hours(below) vs the sample schedule to look for any inaccuracies or missing shifts?

Please provide sanitized sample data that fully covers your issue. I cannot help you without meaningful sample data.
Please paste the data into a table in your post or use one of the file services like OneDrive or Google Drive. I cannot use screenshots of your source data.
Please show the expected outcome based on the sample data you provided. Screenshots of the expected outcome are ok.
