I'm making a report with a line chart representing revenue per week over one year, with a slicer that allows you to look at different offices. I want to use the reference lines to mark the target level, but each office has it's own target. Is there a way to program the reference line to change depending on the choice made in the slicer?
If you haven't done so already, you can vote for the idea here: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/13296177-dynamic-reference-line
Done! Thanks for the headsup @Anonymous
The reference line is hard coded. Would you be able to work around this by using a combo chart with a measure that returns the target as the line value and another measure that returns actuals as the column values?
I think I will need to do it with a seperate measure, thanks for the tip!
