Is there a way to email data from a report?

I have a matrix in power bi, is there a way to automatically email the contents of a matrix to someone within the org if they do not have power bi license?  Not the whole report since I have different tabs and matrixes, but I just need to email a particular matrix to a specific person on a daily basis.  Hope someone can help.  Can I do it with dynamics, or is there something within bi. THanks.

Hi @wpf_,

One workaround is to make a subscription of the matrix to your e-mail and then create a rule on the outlook to send it to the other person.

Hi @wpf_ ,

I also have found a way created a measure to send information to user directly from PBI by email, however the information goes in text in the email, in my case was to send out a list of invoices pending, not really sure if this fits your need but if you want I can send the link to you.

It's in Portuguese but google translates works pretty ok with it.

I was able to look at the email feature.  So it seems you created an email url and have the user click on the email button to email it?  Is there a way to automatically email on a daily basis without my intervention?

I want to email the data from the matrix that is filtered with slicers, columns, rows, I want to email the data on a daily basis as an email.  Is that possible? Thanks

As I refered for that you need the subscription on the Web service that will allow you to schedule the email or using power automate to get the same thing 

Difference is that if you use scheduling you can only send it to persons in your workspace so if is external persons you need to send it to you and create a rule on outlook.

If you do in power automate you can send to other persons.

Sorry I am not really following what you are saying.  I think i understand that you can either subscribe to emails but those will only be sent as screenshots of the report.  

Then you showed me your way of sending emails via the email button.  

Can you send me a link how you can use power automate  to do it?  Are you saying that I can suscribe to email, send it to myself, then use my outlook rules to automatically reroute it to external users?

You are correct, subscription will only send screenshots of your report. What is the information you want to send exactly?

Maybe anothe option is to create a report with only that matrix visualization and give acces to the user using RLS.

at this time, it is not possible to send part of the report automatically as an e-mail attachment, but you can export your pbix report as pdf file and delete pages which shouldn't be included.
