Is there a way to auto adjust so that all the columns in a Matrix fit within the visual size?

hello all,

I would like to fit all the columns of a matrix within the size of the visual, is there a way to automatically do this for all the columns?

Happy for the text to wrap.

Thanks you.

Hi @BenBlackswan ,

What I usually do is to set the measures I'm using on the table with a mockup value "IIII" and keep the auto-sizing.

I will add "I" until I get all the columns just fitting correctly then I turn off the Auto-size option and return the measure to the correct value.

Hi @BenBlackswan

If I understand correctly and you are referring to automatically adjusting column widths so that the table fits within the visual without horizontal scrolling, then the answer is no.

If you are referring to columns, they can be adjusted in two ways:

Auto-size based on the column header, but this does not allow text wrapping.

Manually adjusting the column width by dragging with the mouse, which allows you to enable text wrapping both in the headers and the values.
