Is there a visual that can create this graph?

I saw this graph online in an article and would like to recreate it in PBI. Does anyone know what this type of graph is called or a visual that can produce it? (Referring to the bottom graph)  Thank you!

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    As of my knowledge, I don't think we have any such visualization in Power BI.

    You can try creating your own visualization using charticulator and then use it in your report.
