I want the visual do same in bellow example from tableau,
the x-axis is a market and sorted from largest to smallest, the divide each market to UAE and Non-UAE. How I can do the same in Power BI, is there the visual or chart that do same thing in tableau?

You can add data bars to a table or matrix or you can use any of the built-in bar chart options or any of the ones you like from the visuals store. Consider possibilities using small multiples too.
None of them are likely to exactly match Tableau but that particular look is not a great representation of the data anyway, in my opinion. I'd recommend something simpler that doesn't make most of your visualization just thin lines.
