Is there SSAS Tabular Contoso download available?

Helper Iv-chuncz-msft I had a look at Samples for Power BI but they do not contain DW (.bak) nor cube (.abf) files.
Is there a Tabular model build upon the Contoso DW available here? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=18279
A multidimensional model is available indeed, but a Tabular one seems missing.
