I'm trying to create an 'Updated" column in power query by seeing whether or not a certain cell has been updated. I do not want to upload a previous version of the data, I want to see if it can be done in powerquery. I am not trying to extract the previous values, I just want to know if they changed so I can use conditional formatting to highlight them!
Thanks!

Hey, the problem is is that my data is refreshed every week, so Ideally if a cell is changed from last week to this week then it would be highlighted yellow. I tried incremental refresh, but I dont know how to put the old values into a separate column to test for changes
