Is it possible to update a parameter in PowerQuery with a DAX measurement?

I have a DAX measure with SELECTEDVALUE() that updates based on the user's selection of the report
That selection corresponds to the ids of a product listing, I want to use that measure to update the parameter that I will use to query the database of another table with the sales detail

Is it possible to do so?

@Syndicate_Admin , In case of a direct query, you can use Dynamic M Parameter, not in case of Import query
