Is it possible to select an entire line in a line chat instead of a single point by clicking on it?

Power BI doesn't support you to select the whole line by click on the visual or legend in line chart directly.

You can try to build a slicer by the column in Line chart Legend. Then you can select the entire line by this slicer.
