Is it possible to reroute a user using visualizations

If I am using a Visualization like a pie chart, is it possible to take the user to a diffrent page of a site by clicking on a different piece of data? Before you suggest drilling down that is not what I am asking for I want to go from a homepage of a website to a diffrent page of that site using Power BI.
