Is it possible to prepare a pie chart with world map?

I want to prepare a pie chart integrated with the ArcGIS map. Is it possible? If yes, how do I do that? 

Any suggestions will be helpful. Please share any document is possible.

I think it is hard for you to prepare a pie chart integrated with the ArcGIS map.

But there is a workaround that you can use a common map visual instead .
Here is  a sample  I made:
