Is it possible to permanently hide the "Python script editor" for normal users not to see it?

I'm afraid not. Python script editor is shown in the menu bar in power query editor by default in power bi desktop, currently it could not be hidden.

It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
