Is it possible to make part of the text bold / of different color

Hi,

I m binding a measure to table/ card visual (the measure constructs and returns the list of all applied filters as a text).

Is it possible to add formatting ..like making the required sections as bold/ underline for the titles (refer snapshot).

Im not being specific about the visual here. But want to avoid putting in separate visuals for each filter section as vertical space required cannot be determined.
