Is it possible to have a Power Automate flow automatically triggered when a cell is updated in a column in Power BI or Excel?

I have a button in Power BI that is used to create events in the users' Outlook calendar with the values they selected in a table.

One of the values is a date that is used as the starting date of the event. However, when the date is updated in my dataset, I would like if an event has been created for it to be automatically updated without having to trigger the update using a button.

Is it possible?
I'm using an excel file as my dataset for my Power BI report.

There is no such action in Power Automate to execute, there may be no way to determine whether new data is currently added, but you can use a timed trigger to trigger flow to refresh the Power BI dataset.
