Is it possible to dynamically change theme depending on the Viewer

We are looking at creating a report that will be accessed by our customers via a portal and use RLS. For each of the customers it would be good if we could apply their colour scheme to visuals. Is it possible to change the theme of the report dynamically depending on RLS?
