Is it possible to download the excel file by end user by clicking on "Export Data" button??

My requirement is, after publishing the report on website, user should get corresponding data to the user in excel file by the clicking on "Export data" button beacause it's not possible to give the access those many users on Power BI service and we cannot share the pbix file to these many users. So anyone has solution on this?

Hi  @jyotisakhare ,

What do you mean by getting the corresponding data? In the visuals users can download the information on that specific visualization.

Do you want people to have access to the dataset? You can try and use the Excel analysis.

Suppose I am an User and I am trying to access the dashboard on website at that time the feilds that I have selected for that I want the Data in excel.

When you use the export data option on each visualization you will get the information that you add to the visual. In case of the tables you can export has an excel on the other visualizations you get has a CSV.
