Hi folks,
I would like to know whether what I'm thinking of is possible and if yes, how you would go about it.
I have a file with employee records, including date of birth, gender, department, etc. In there I calculated the diversity (# of women / total number of employees) for each department as well as the whole organization.
I created another table that forecasts the year employees will retire by, based on their age and a slicer where we can select the estimated retirement age.
Is it at all possible, to calculate what the diversity will be if we were to replace all employees retiring this year by men, or only 90%, or 80%, etc? I'm probably dreaming but thought I'd ask 🙂
Thanks,
OF
