I am trying to add a toggle with a dropdown so changing the value of dropdown will toggle weekly, monthly and yearly graph. Is it possible to do that with dropdown and for the dropdown should I need to add a slicer?

Yes, you could use bookmarks to implement it. For more details, you could reference the blog below which is using images and bookmarks to toggle the different options.
