Helper IIs it possible to copy data model or bulk copy measures between .pbix files
If you just want to reuse an existing model, connect your Power BI desktop to that model. If the model is in a different workspace, both workspaces have to be Gen 2. If it is in the same workspace, then Gen 1 will work.
If you want to copy all measures to a new file, I suggest you consider Tabluar Editor. There are 4 videos that will get you started. This is video 1.
If you just want to start a new file, you can just copy the other PBIX file, rename it, and go from there.
Otherwise, you'll eed to be more specific about what you are asking.
