Is it possible to add or create shapes in PBI to show direction change in the variable performance?

I wonder if something like this is possible to add to the report/visual? Basically if we could add lines, or any other shapes to show direction change in the preformance of each individual Attribute1-9, for each Quarter, (QoQ Trend) and Year, (YoY Trend), somewhat similar to the attached sample? Please advise. Best regards!
